Indications/Uses
Symptomatic relief of productive cough.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn >12 yr
10 mL every 6-8 hr.
Childn 6-12 yr
10-20 mL every 4 hr if necessary.
2-6 yr
5-10 mL every 4 hr if necessary.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Special Precautions
Seek medical assistance if cough persists >1 wk, followed by fever, rash, or continuous headache.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, diarrhea, bloating.
